Over the last year I have learned a lot of things over the last year about weight loss. I’ve upped my intake of fruit, vegetables and water in order to feel full and get the required nutrients each year. The more you eat the more you really learn that you love the taste and it is as sweet as a piece of candy. But apples are my all time favorite fruits to eat and they are full of fiber too so it is a win, win!!
Apples have lots of fiber which is great for weight loss. They also are packed with lots of other nutrients that help build up your immune system so the next time you want something sweet go for an apple instead of something calorie and fat laden.
Berries are another one of my all time favorites to keep on hand. They have lots of antioxidants and are easy to take on the road with you. We keep strawberries in the fridge and freezer as well so that way they are ready to go when we are. Blueberries are another fruit we always have in the freezer just because I love them. They are the perfect topping for oatmeal or yogurt and good for you too!
The avocado is another great fruit for weight loss. Avocadoes are filled with good fats. These fats help to coat the stomach so that the other foods that you eat can be easily digested. But avocadoes are not just great for weight loss, they also have the added bonus of being a popular anti-aging food. Adding avocado to your regular diet will make your skin and eyes glow along with helping you to lose weight.
In order for you to really see weight loss success, you will want to incorporate other weight loss foods into your everyday routine.
