Fun Craft Ideas
One of the best things about being an empty nester is that I have time to craft a little more than most people. However, given our current situation, for the most part, most of us are staying at home in hopes to keep the virus tamed down a little bit. We all get bored when we stare at the same 4 walls, but this week I’ve been busy crafting with my craft supplies and of course Cricut products that I have on hand.
I’ve made some simple bookmarks for when I have time to actually read a book along with the below coloring activity for the kids! But I’ve also been spending lots of time looking for other crafts to make using all of the supplies I have on hand. Plus, it will allow me time to get a jump start on the holidays, that happen throughout the year. Win, win, right?

I Don’t Give A Flock
Have a favorite coffee mug? ME too!! In fact, I have over 50 of them, but that’s a story for another day! My friend Chloe from Creatively Clo, has some mom-friendly mugs to help you tell someone to Flock Off! ….Just kidding it’s really “I don’t give a flock“…but either way you go they are bound to be a hit at your next gathering.

Kitchen Hand Towels
One of the things on my quarantine list is some Easter Themed Kitchen Towels and some Pot holders for the kitchen. But since I ran across these Mad Hatter Tea Kitchen Towels, I’m considering making those instead. Plus those weeding tips she shares are the BEST I’ve seen!

Love Disney??
YES!? ME toooo!!! So that is why I included these adorable DIY Disney Totes that you can make with your Easy Press 2! My only suggestion to you is to use the tote bags that came directly from Cricut or include the Cricut brand. I tried some infusible ink on some knock off bags and it worked, but not very well. I’m from the Show-Me-State, I had to prove a point somehow. 🙂

Lunchbox Drop? Got Lunch?
Where was this when Liz was little!? Fixing only one lunch, I probably wouldn’t have made this adorable bucket for lunch boxes. But, my siblings all have multiple children, and I’m thinking that this idea is genius! So grab your supplies and whip up this Lunchbox Drop & Got Lunch Organizer today!

Ready for Spring?
While the official date for Spring has already come, our weather here in Missouri is quite crazy. We have finally gotten the ground tilled up once, but it’s not dry enough to do anything in there just yet. So we are using our downtime to prep other things that go along with prepping for gardening. These Garden Stakes are a great way to mark the rows and recycle at the same time!

Did you know March is National Craft Month?
To help us celebrate my friends at Cricut have lots of goodies as low as 20% off and up to 40% off on some items. While I know we should be saving, I’ve got my eye on the newest member of the Cricut family, the Cricut Joy! So if you are staying in, you might as well get busy crafting with Cricut! Starting today through 3/31, Cricut is launching its April fools sale featuring 40% off select machine tools, infusible ink, and vinyl! In addition, snag a Maker Machine starting at $369 or an Easypress Machine Starting at $49! Plus shipping is free on all cricut.com orders until March 31st, 2020!

While that’s just 5 that I want to make, I’ve gotten several other fun ideas from bloggers in my crafting circle. So take a peek below and see what other fun crafts you can make!
